Each Limited Edition Fine Art Print is produced with great care and individually hand-finished, signed and numbered by the artist.

Returns

Except where a mandatory right of withdrawal or return applies under applicable consumer law, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Where applicable law grants you a mandatory right of withdrawal, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Please do not return an artwork without contacting us first.

Hand-Finished Nature of the Edition

Each print is individually hand-finished by the artist. Small variations in brushwork, texture, marks, colour application and other hand-applied details are intentional and make each piece unique.

These individual variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects or grounds for a return.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.

Claims concerning damage during shipping should be reported promptly so that we can assist with the carrier and determine the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Where a refund is required or approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error on our part or a defective or damaged product.
